Kenneth Lee - CEO
Kenneth Jennings, professionally known by “Kenny Lee”, is Founder / CEO of Executive Security & Transportation and has NO limits to the safety provisions he offers his clients. The people he employs are security specialists and trained in the capacity of Public Safety Management, Protection Services and more. After serving six years in the U.S. Marine Corp and returning home in 1983, Kenny Lee flourished amidst some of the most influential artists on the New York music scene during the 1980s, to include (RUSH) Artist Management) Music Production. With over 30 years of professional ground security and transportation experience, in conjunction with having reported directly to senior corporate executives in the entertainment industry, Kenny Lee’s strategy continues to maintain a safe, secure and serene environment—while company clients are being transported from pick-up to drop off location.
EST’s corporate account stems from an intense two tier level of protection, comprised of skilled drivers qualified to handle risk. With strict rules on safety in mind, and requirements dictated by current world events, Kenny Lee knows firsthand, corporate VIP client safety is of top concern.
Pat (Patra) Jennings - COO
With 20+ years of experience in various leadership and managerial positions, as a Presentation Specialist in the Investment Banking Division (IBD), Ms. Jennings had been responsive to the requirements of financial executives, their data needs and statistical reporting. Having worked for New York‘s largest investment banking firms, Patra (a nickname given her by Merrill Lynch support staff in Mumbai, India meaning “a change of season” or “new beginning”) had also been impacted by the events of 9/11, a journey that has shaped her life, altruism being second nature—to the extent of contributing to cognitive services; from community endowment to grassroots organizing; implementing programs to preparedness workshops aimed at improving safety control and community oversight. Patra also specializes in human factors, from fundraising to intervention in crisis and disaster, response, and recovery.
Earlier on in her banking career, prior to IBD, Patra worked for Republic National Bank where she oversaw all pick-up/drop-off transportation services to include executive private limousine services for Edmond Safra. Additionally, she was responsible for all couriers (foot and motorized) to transport documents, currency and other monetary instruments—from 32 New York branches to outside the U.S. (i.e., Buenos Aires, Argentina and Montevideo, Uruguay).
Tony Mays
Antony (Tony) Mays, Managing Director at Jet the World, in charge of on-demand, ad hoc charter business, aircraft sales and acquisitions, Wet/Dry Leases, fractional ownership and pre-paid hourly Jet Card programs.
At Alpha Pro Asset Management, he spearheaded the firm’s marketing efforts and acted as a liaison between investors and APAM’s executive team. Tony was focused on Capital Introduction, Business Development and served as the Head of Investor Relations for Institutional Investors.
Previously Tony founded and headed Möbius Partners International, LLC. as Managing Director. A boutique Management Consultancy focused on buy-side recruitment for Alternative Investment Vehicles. Formerly, Tony was Managing Partner and Co-founder of TJ Partners, LLC. Former Senior Consultant at Nicholson International,
LTD (London, England, U.K.). Former Vice President and Founding Member, National Staffing, Incorporated.
Earlier in his career,
Mr. Mays completed search assignments that spannned a host of functions within alternative investment vehicles. He attends Berkeley College studying Business Administration curriculum. He served as a Rifleman in the Enlisted ranks of the United States Marine Corps.
Raphel Young
Raphel Young is a driver with a great deal of experience who wishes to meet and exceed even the most demanding of requirements. With the ability to mold and adapt to different scenarios there is nothing he is not ready for. Being a Los Ángeles native is an advantage for him, he is familiar with many areas of the community and can suggest and navigate anywhere a client needs to go. He boasts the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles for versatility also bringing a well rounded personality, ideal for establishing a rapport with all passengers. Due to his experience with higher end clients discretion is prioritized, understandable, and advisable under certain circumstances. Regularly trained in regards to defensive driving ; bringing a further air of safety to any excursion. Raphel enjoys working with the team believing that any professional car driving firm should carry a sense of cohesion by providing tailored service to each client with mutual respect, high quality service and overall professionalism building a loyalty and bond with every client who is driven for a lasting effect.
